Article 2 (Purchases and Payments)

• Payment Processor: All sales and payment processing for products (such as software licences) on the Website are conducted through our authorised external payment service provider, Paddle.
• Merchant of Record: When you purchase a product, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Your transaction is subject to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you must agree to prior to purchase.
• Digital Content Policy: Due to the nature of digital content (software licences), all sales are final. In accordance with applicable consumer law regarding digital downloads that have been supplied, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once the performance has begun (i.e., the licence has been issued). Please verify system requirements and compatibility before purchasing.

Article 3 (User Community and Feedback)

If the Website provides community features such as forums or feedback forms:
