Article 2 (Purchases and Payments)

• Payment Processor: All sales and payment processing for products (such as software licenses) on the Website are conducted through our authorized external payment service provider, Paddle.
• Merchant of Record: When you purchase a product, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. Your transaction is subject to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which you must agree to prior to purchase.
• Digital Content Policy: Due to the nature of digital content (software licenses), all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once a purchase is completed. Please verify system requirements and compatibility before purchasing.

Article 3 (User Community and Feedback)

If the Website provides community features such as forums or feedback forms, the following rules apply:

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND MAVIS CO., LTD. AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR A CONSOLIDATED ACTION.
